The project reimagines the monolithic bunker as a data center, seed archive, and public library, fusing historical preservation with cutting-edge computational design.<br><br>Programmatic zoning-driven by agent-based modeling-organises functions while respecting environmental conditions. Historical research, environmental simulations, and precise deconstruction methods allow surgical interventions within the concrete mass without compromising its structural or symbolic weight.
